Smooth lines. Refresh your look. Feel like yourself—just more rested.
What Are Botox® & Dysport®?
Botox® and Dysport® are FDA-approved injectable treatments that temporarily relax the muscles responsible for dynamic facial expressions—like frowning, squinting, or raising your eyebrows. This softens lines and wrinkles over time, giving you a smoother, more refreshed appearance.
→ Soften fine lines and wrinkles.
→ Prevent new wrinkles from forming.

Have More Questions?
You’re not alone! Here are a few we hear often:
-
Not at all. You can stop at any time. Your lines will slowly return to how they were before.

Some bruising is possible, especially if you’re taking blood thinners or supplements. Avoiding those a few days before treatment may help.
-
Yes! Botox or Dysport in the jaw muscles (masseters) can ease clenching and reduce tension headaches or jaw pain.

Absolutely. Many patients combine Botox or Dysport with fillers or Sculptra for more comprehensive rejuvenation. We’ll help you decide what’s best.
-
BOTOX® Cosmetic and Dysport® are both FDA-approved treatments used to temporarily smooth the appearance of moderate to severe facial lines in adults.
Like all medical treatments, neuromodulators may cause side effects. Serious side effects can include difficulty swallowing, speaking, or breathing. These symptoms can occur within hours to weeks after treatment and may be life-threatening in rare cases.
You should not receive BOTOX® Cosmetic or Dysport® if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in botulinum toxin products, or if you have certain neuromuscular conditions. Be sure to tell Dr. Hood about your full medical history, including any existing health concerns or medications you're taking, before treatment.
