Appointments and Office Visits

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office or using our online booking system (if applicable). We recommend booking in advance, as appointments fill up quickly.

Please bring a valid ID, insurance card (if applicable), a list of any medications you take, and any relevant medical records. If you are a new patient, you can save time by filling out your forms in advance (available on our website).

We value your time and plan to spend as much time as you need to address your problem, we will take no longer than necessary. New patient visits typically last 30–45 minutes, while follow-up appointments are usually around 15–30 minutes.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a $65 fee.

Yes, we accept most PPO insurance plans and Medicare. Please contact our office to confirm whether we accept your specific plan.

A new patient visit is $250, and follow-up visits are $200.

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, debit cards, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Please note that all card transactions include a 2.75% processing fee.

We recommend an annual skin exam, but if you have a history of skin cancer or high sun exposure, you may need more frequent checks.
