Meet Dr. Kelly Hood

A Louisiana native, she graduated at the top of her class from LSU School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at Tulane Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident.

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and has been a spokesperson for the American Academy of Dermatology. Dedicated to training future medical professionals, she mentors physician assistant and medical assistant students.

Dr. Hood is known for her expertise, personalized care, and commitment to helping patients achieve lifelong skin health.

Dr. Kelly Hood is a board-certified dermatologist with a passion for preventive skin care and patient education.
