Insurances and Payment Options

We accept most PPO insurances and Medicare.
The cost for a new patient visit with no insurance is $225. Follow up visits are $150.
We have a $65 cancellation fee for missed appointments or less than 24 hours notice given of cancellation.
We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, Discover, Amex or MasterCard. All card transactions are charged a 2.75% fee.
